Beautiful bride-to-be dies in the hands of fiance few weeks to their wedding

A beautiful young lady, Jennifer Obayi died in the arms of her fiance, Collin Ifeanyi Egbosi after a ghastly road accident that occurred right in front of his house.  This is what the fiancé Collins Ifeanyi Egbosi wrote, “Our wedding plans are on top gear. We planned to do every thing by December; Traditional and Church wedding. Then on Saturday, she left school at Unizik, Awka, Anambra State to visit me at Onitsha, within same state, it not up to an hour journey. Then the bus she boarded had a terrible accident, just in front of my house and she bleed to death right in my arms. She died few minutes after the accident. I still can’t believe My Love is gone forever. She will be buried next Friday. This is so sad! Pastor caught with human skeleton in Ogun

A human skeleton, believed to be that of a woman, has been allegedly found in the house of a pastor at Peace Land Estate in Akute, Ogun State.  According to eyewitnesses, the shocking discovery was made when the owner of the pastor’s house tried to evict him from his flat over late payment of rent. “The pastor did not pay his rent for a year. The landlady, who was angry with the situation of things, stormed his home with some people in-order to evict him, but were shocked when they discovered a human skeleton inside,” one of the sources revealed. People in the neighbourhood were attracted to the scene while the matter was quickly reported to the police. However the suspect, who owns a church, was said to have made some revelations about the skeleton. He alleged that it belonged to his sister. A man has been reportedly injured after his Samsung phone exploded in his pocket.   According to a Facebook user, Uju Patricia who reported the incident on her wall, the said phone, a Galaxy Note3 exploded and caught fire leaving the victim who was on a bike seriously injured.

ITU: Over 2 billion adults are excluded from digital financial services

The International Telecommunications Union (ITU), has revealed that m ore than 2 billion adults, most of which are from  developing economies do not have a formal bank account.  ITU pointed out that recent growth of digital financial services which includes banking, has allowed millions of people to perform financial transactions relatively cheaply, securely, and reliably but the 2 billion unbanked and underserved population across the globe are however excluded from these digital financial services. Noting that low levels of financial inclusion represent a barrier to socio-economic development in developing countries, ITU asserts that "mobile money can be a game changer for people of limited income and an enabler for financial inclusion in developing countries''. The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), UN specialized agency for ICTs, has revealed in an Internet trend survey that  Africa has the largest number of online gender gap in the world. According to the ITU report, based on world Internet trend watch, Africa's gender gap is put at 23% while America has the least with just 2%. The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) has estimated that there are over  250 million more men than women online.
